On My Nails ~ Some coral sand & some bling.

DSC0382812

Hello everyone!

How many ages has it been that I shared with you what’s on my nails? 😦

To be honest, in these past 3-4months since my last On My Nails post, I’ve hardly had anything on my nails. Yes its true, the same girl who used to change her nail paint every week, sometimes even twice a week, has been living with bare nails for almost 3 months! Sigh! I put nail paint 2 times to be exact and both times I felt so blaahhh about it, I never thought about posting them here!

Launch event of FACES Canada New Crystal Sandy Nail Lacquers Ultime Pro Sand Coat.

I’m homeeee!!! I came to Delhi last week and have been relaxiiing at home since then 😀

Faces Canada has launched their new Crystal Sandy Nail Lacquers, the new exclusive Ultime Pro Sand Coat. Faces held an event on 24th December in their flagship store in GK1 M-Block market, New Delhi.

I was lucky to attend this event and I had loads of fun. 🙂 I’m sharing some pictures from the event as well as some information about their newly launched nail lacquers.

The décor of the store for the event was based on the theme of sand/deserts going along with the new launch!

This ULTIME PRO SAND COAT nail lacquers are textured nail paints with a sand like finish on nails. These are one of the first textured nail paints I’ve tried and I’m really loving them 🙂 I guess these are also the first textured nail paints in the Indian market. So, I feel those who’ve not tried textured nail paints must give these a shot as they’ll be easily available on Faces counters priced at Rs.399.

The collection has 8 mesmerizing shades and all are named with names of international deserts.

The shades range from pastels to shimmery to full glitter shades!

All the shades look super gorgeous!

The Ultime Pro SAND COAT collections is a fun nail accessory that gives a sand grain like texture to your nails making it a perfect choice for modern day divas. It imparts a 3D effect to the nails that dry to a surprising matte finish giving a sugary sand feel.

At the event, we girls were treated with a “Nail Spa by Gurpreet”. I got a pretty coral shade from the Sand coat collection called “moon coat” along with some silver and gold glitter as an accent nail to add some festive cheer to my nails 😀 I loved the end result!

I had such an awesome time at the event chatting with other bloggers, it always feels so good meeting them all 🙂

The Faces store in GK also had the skin care range and the accessories range by Faces which I feel are not available everywhere. They have quite a nice looking skin care range with dry body oils, body lotions and all.

On My Nails ~ Minty Crackle.

Hey everyone!

I love mints and I love Cadbury Crackle. It’s my all time favourite chocolate!! I would love to have a minty crackle – crackle with a mint flavor!! Yummm… !!! ❤

DSC035751

But this post is not about the edible minty crackle! It’s about what’s on my nails at the moment! Besides food, I also love mint and crackle in nail paints right now! I know I know you’d probably laugh at me, the crackle trend is almost gone now! But well, I don’t know why I never tried any crackle earlier! But now that I have, I am loving it! 😀

My experience:

I had been lusting after these Revlon nail art things since a few months back when I saw them on some international blogs. They looked so pretty! When they launched here, I hurried to get one of these ASAP! I got the moon candy one and it turned out to be a disaster for me, I don’t even feel like reviewing it. But I will to warn you all! But I still went ahead and bought this one next, read on to know what I think of this one!
