Hey everyone 🙂
It’s another Friday and another FFF post 😀
I’m using a lot of bath & body, skincare products, fragrances and even some basic makeup like liner, gloss, powder! Last 4-5 months of 2013 I literally used nothing, even my baths were boring 😦 but now I’m loving it all 😀
So this week’s favorites comprises of a mixed bag of stuff 😀
Firstly, the nail paint I wore this week, Faces sand coat in Tiramisu – I reviewed this nail paint this week. I’m really enjoying this shade and its finish 😀 more on this in the detailed post, Click here to read it 😀
The Body Shop Blue Corn Face Mask – I bought this face mask in November but got around to using it just this January. Though my skin is relatively less oily these days compared to what it is in summers *horror* 😮 but this mask still deep cleans my face so well and balances out the oils 😀 I’ll review this in detail only when I’ve used it more thoroughly!
The Body Shop Honeymania cream body scrub – this once has such an amazing texture 😀 I reviewed it here. I can even use this scrub daily 😛
Bath & Body Works Pink Chiffon fragrance mist – I bought so many fragrance mists that you saw in my BBW haul post. All of them are so awesome but I get confused which one to use and which not to 😛 so I take turns in using one for one week and so on. And this week it was this gorgeous Pink Chiffon that was my most used one! It’s such a sweet girly scent! ❤ and isn’t that bottle adorable? 😀
Revlon lip butter in Peach Parfait – This was my first Revlon lip butter and I loveeeee it so much. But amidst other new stuff, it takes a backseat now and then but I have kept it outside my makeup drawer these days not to forget using it 😛 I have already used more than half of it and would love to make this the first makeup product I finish completely 😀 I guess you all know about Revlon lip butters but a detailed review by me coming up this week!
So these were my five favorites from this week!
Don’t forget to share your favorites with me in the comments 🙂
I have a kindof OCD about washing my hands alllll the time. I keep smelling my hands and if there is any faint trace of any smell I dislike or any greasy feeling or anything out of place, I run to wash my hands 😛 basically, I wash my hands like a 1000 times a day!!
But despite this, when I was in Delhi, I had almost never bothered to invest in hand creams because..umm.. I don’t know why 😛 maybe because I never did any household work then 😛
But now I feel the need because there is so much dishwashing, cooking, cleaning etc to do so my hands get super super dry 😦 plus the extreme cold!!!
I have like 3-4 types of hand creams near my bed and I just slather on any. And yes, fortunately I’m loving all the hand creams I have 😀
And I’ll soon review others too 🙂

I’m back with this week’s Five Friday Favorites. I hope you guys enjoy reading such posts as much as I enjoy writing them 😀
You must have seen in the news how Chicago(&other places) in US are facing extreme weather with some polar vortex which has hit these northern areas. I was so scared to come back in this weather. But the weather here is better and though there’s fresh snowfall almost every alternate day, it’s tolerable!
And for some weird reason, I’m actually enjoying this cold weather. Temperature these days remains in the range of -18/-12 to 0/1 degree Celsius! 😛
I’ve wanted to try a body polish from The Body Shop since a very long time but somehow never got around to buying it. I’d heard so much good stuff about this body polish and now that I’ve finally tried it I’ll share my experience with you guys 😀
I got this body polish in my Black Friday TBS Tote bag that I showed you here. The bag had some amazing goodies and this is one of them 😀
Okay, one confession, you all know I’m such a big TBS fan BUT I had never smelled their ‘Satsuma’ flavor before! 😮
No, I’m not joking! I had seen and read about the Satsuma stuff, but though I am fond of oranges, I always thought it’s just a simple orange smell, there won’t be anything special about it. I preferred to choose the strawberries, chocolates over orange 😀
So, when I got this body polish in Satsuma, my first thought was, it would have been better if I had got it in Strawberry 😛
But then the story changed completely when I opened the lid and the smell hit me.
Oh My God!! This stuff smells completely utterly delicious!
I am extremelyyyy fond of lychees! I love eating fresh lychees as well as drinking those packaged lychee juices. When I was in college in Delhi, and whenever I had to choose some packaged drink to have in summers especially in metro stations, I always chose lychee juice by this particular brand called Fresca. I don’t know how commonly it is sold in other places but I’ve seen it in almost all shops in metro stations. It’s sold in a normal pet bottle like that of Pepsi and all. I loveeeed that juice and used to have it almost daily in summers during college days! Aah those amazing college days!
Winters bring in a lot of dryness to my body especially my legs! You can scratch on them 😦
And Chicago winters are especially harsh and I need good moisture for my body in such weather! I’m honestly scared of going back to Chicago next week, have you seen the news about some polar vortex which has hit the area, Oh God, I hope I can manage 😦
Hey everyone 🙂
How’s the new year going?
When I went to Chicago in august, I did not take any bath and body stuff with me! Nothing! So I needed to buy some essentials soon. And for my love for TBS and they also had a sale going on, this was one of the first stuff I bought in September.
The Honeymania range hasn’t been launched in India yet as far as I know or it is going to be launched soon I think. I was quite interested to try this range as I’m very fond of honey and its fragrance. So, I bought almost all my essentials from this range itself 😛 I bought this body scrub, bubble bath, EDT and a mini butter from this range and a blueberry butter and this spa wisdom body soufflé.
Before coming to India I took pictures of all things I was ready to review and I’m reviewing this body scrub for you all today! 🙂
I told you all last week that I’ll show you my November haul soon so here I am! I had not bought a single thing whole of September and October except few essentials for this weather and so I hauled quite a lot of stuff this month.
The sales here during thanksgiving are just huge! I’d heard about the sale season but never knew the extent of the discounts! And most brands start sales at the beginning of number itself!
I’m here with my favourite products of this week!
The winters here are very very harsh 😦 it went upto -10 degree Celsius last week. And it has already snowed 2-3 times in the last month. Eeeee I saw snowfall for the first time in my life. I was very excited but the excitement pretty much died down because of the cold 😛 LOL
